Fixed ingredients
- Black tea + sugar · 1L + 70g per week
- SCOBY starter · 1 small mother
Equipment
- Large glass jar or tub
- cotton cloth
- elastic band.
Refinements and variations
- Feed with a fresh sweet tea every two weeks for a continuous supply.
